Work With Me
Thank you for your interest in ADHD coaching with Neilson Mahoney Coaching. I am looking forward to working with you this fall.
Here are the options for support this fall (2023). Your options are divided into Adults, Parents, and Students services.
Please find the section that applies to you and follow the links to sign up for free consultations or program waitlists.
If You Are an Adult with ADHD
I will be continuing to support adults with one to one coaching sessions. I will be offering monthly packages with options for once, twice, or three times a month. This is my most transformative offer. Adults that have worked with me have gone through incredible transformative changes. Careers have shifted, businesses have been started, relationships built and healed, patterns shifted, and over and over again nervous systems have calmed. In adult ADHD coaching, we work together to understand ADHD and use practices and strategies to help create calm and ease. The goal is to thrive with this diagnosis and to look at life through the lens of ADHD creating lasting sustainable change. In most cases I recommend the 2 or 3 times a month packages to start and then transitioning to 1 time a month or drop in appointments after 3-6 months.
Options and How to Book
Option 1: Monthly Packages: I will have a couple of slots opening in October 2023 and only my waitlist has access to book them for now. Please book a free consultation by following the link below to meet with me and see if working together monthly is the right fit for you. These packages are for adults navigating their own ADHD. I do not ever lock clients into packages for longer than the current month that they have paid for. The ‘ADHD tax’ is a challenge for so many of us with ADHD and I do not ever want individuals to be paying for a service that isn’t the right fit.
Option 2: Drop In: I will be offering drop in appointments during the second week of every month starting October 2023. Check the link often as availability does open up regularly. Occasionally when I have a cancellation, I will open space on other weeks of the month.

If You are a Parent of a Child with ADHD
One of the biggest changes coming this fall is that Neilson Mahoney Coaching will no longer work with children one-on-one. This does not include senior highschool students and University students, I will be reserving a limited number of spaces for students in this season of life. Making the choice to pause working with younger children with ADHD was incredibly difficult as this is such a rewarding part of my work. I have learned in my years of practice as an ADHD coach that supporting parents and educators has the most significant impact and as my practice has grown, that is where I feel called to focus my time. My goal is to educate the adults supporting children with ADHD to create understanding and empathy and build supportive environments for children to thrive. I am excited to offer several options for parents throughout this coming school year at multiple price points and at a higher availability due to this change.
Option One: Parenting Group Program
I am so excited to be offering my parenting group program again this year. This is a 6 week week program for parents of children and teens with ADHD. We will meet on a weekday evening for 60-90 minutes 6 times in a small group. These are truly small groups, I keep the sizes very limited! The goal is to create community with other parents navigating a similar road and learning together. Some of the topics we will be covering include:
- Understanding ADHD and Brain Basics
- Supporting School
- Creating Calm at Home
- Escalations and Meltdowns
- Sensory Sensitivity and ADHD
- Overwhelm, Anxiety, and Rejection Sensitivity
- Parenting in the Digital Age – Screen Time and ADHD
If you are interested in joining the waitlist for this fall’s program sign up below. This link is being offered to my current waitlist first to ensure that those that have been waiting for support have access first.
Option Two: Online Courses
My online courses are launching this fall! I am creating courses for parents and for educators to get my content out to support families at an accessible price point. These courses will include learning videos, strategies, resources, and tools to use in your homes and at school. I will be offering live group calls to individuals enrolled in these courses to ensure that I can offer the most support possible. If you want to be the first to have access, subscribe to my email list here:
Option Three: Drop In Appointments
I will be offering parents access to my drop in appointments this fall. These appointments will be offered during the second week of each month starting in October. In this hour you can ask me all of your questions and share any challenges you or your child is facing and I will offer knowledge and strategies. These are full sessions! Come prepared with everything you want to discuss and ready to take notes.
If You are a Student With ADHD
I am reserving a limited number of reduced price slots for highschool and University Students. This season of life can be challenging and I want to be able to support. If you are a University student in Canada with an ADHD diagnosis you may even have access to funding to pay for our sessions (check out the details here). Student slots will be twice per month and ongoing as needed with a break during school holidays. Sign up for a free consult to discuss this option below:
