I built this community because I live this life. I’m not just a coach and educator—I’m an individual with ADHD and a parent to two neurodivergent kids. I know firsthand the chaos, the overwhelm, and the fierce love that comes with raising children who think and experience the world differently.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of families to take life from chaos to calm—not just through theory, but through practical, lived experience. I understand the daily challenges because I live them too.

What if I can't make the live calls?
No problem. If you can’t make the live you can add your question to the post thread for the week (or DM me privately) and I’ll make sure to answer it on the call. Replays are available and stored in the classroom, and you can ask questions in the community or submit for personalized video feedback anytime.
Is this just for parents?
 It’s designed primarily for caregivers, but educators and coaches also find it incredibly helpful.
What if I don't like it?
I hope that’s not the case as we pour so much love nad support into this space and I almost guarantee that once you try us out, you’ll want to stay!

Why is it so cheap? Is there a catch?
We wanted to make this as accessible as possible for as many parents as possible.
Right now, Erica charges $200/session to work with her 1:1 and has a full waitlist, so she wanted to create a space where she could help more people without the $200 pricetag. And where you wouldn’t have to wait for support until your next session.
The community will be going up to $44/mo soon (and up from there) to more accurately reflect the value, but as long as you decide to stay a member you’ll keep your current pricing for life!
